I think that PADANIA is all the north of the actual Italy state, from Ventimiglia to the frontier between former Yugoeslavia and Italy and including of course, Genova, Venice, Milan, Torino, etc.. I can not remember title of this book but here was edited by a basque editorial called Txalaparta and is incredible his authentic description of capitalist system. He put as good example the basque co-operatives in relation to system used in other countries. This editorial is associated with the basque resistance and with the main left party in basque country. It could be a good idea because of two important reasons: First, they speak Italian. Second, they are richer than people of Southern Italy... Don't you think that they are better people to make a country than the thiefs, burglars and killers of Sicilia, Palermo,...
